Vermeer Midwest Provides Generous Support for Showplace Productions Throughout the Year |

Wayne, IL - September 22, 2009 - As the 2009 Showplace Fall Classic Championship Horse Show got underway today, Showplace Productions thanked the many generous sponsors that have made their shows so successful throughout the year. One of the top horse show production and management companies in the United States, Showplace Productions puts on exceptional horse shows thanks to the generous contributions of many sponsors.
Competition in the Grand Prix Ring kicked off today with $1,500 Open Jumper 1.30m class, which was generously sponsored by Vermeer Midwest, the official track loader of Showplace Productions. Vermeer Midwest is North America's largest Vermeer dealer and a nationwide leader in the underground and environmental equipment industries. Vermeer Midwest is a family owned dealership with nine store locations in the Midwest, covering Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, and Michigan. The dealerships sell and repair Vermeer equipment that includes trenchers, environmental equipment such as tree chippers, trenchless equipment used for excavating, and compact equipment, such as ASV track loaders.
Vermeer Midwest has been a sponsor at Showplace Productions' horse shows for the past several years and has generously provided equipment to help the staff with tasks around the horse show each year. This year the company provided track loaders that help the staff with moving jumps, shavings and hay, and much more.
Vermeer Midwest's General Manager Mitch Smith explained that the horse shows are a niche for their company because they have a swide range of products available, many of which are very helpful for customers with horses. Smith is especially invested in making sure that things run well at the show since he has children that ride.
The Showplace Fall Classic Championship Horse Show began competition today, September 22, and will run through September 27, 2009, at the Lamplight Equestrian Center in Wayne, Illinois. The top riders from across the country will be competing at this "A" rated hunter and four-star jumper horse show featuring multiple medal final events, hunter classics, and high money jumper classes.
